Blood Donation

1. Time of receiving Blood Donors:

The Blood Bank receives the Donors as follows:

2. The Suitable People for donation:

• All people, male or female from 18-60 can donate with blood, if he/ she is fit, in good health & not suffering of any chronic diseases. If the donor is suffering from acute disease he can donate later on when he is recovered.

• The percentage of the Hemoglobin should be:
  - For male 13.5 – 17.0 gm.
  - For female 12.0 – 14.5 gm.

• The blood Pressure should be (60/110) – (90/140) with regular heart pulse.

• The Temperature should not exceed 37.5.c.

• It is worth for the donor to take some food before donation.

• The female should not donate during pregnancy & feeding.
