Inaugurated Smoking Fighting Clinic
in Jubail Industrial City
His Excellency
Engineer Jassem Al- Hajji D.G. of
Royal Commission Jubail inaugurated
Smoking Fighting Clinic located in
Al-Fanateer Primary Health Care
Center. The inauguration celebration
attended by the following:
Mr. Al-Hajji
listened to a detail explanation
dealing with the vital role of the
smoking clinic and its sections and
how it receives the patients. Also
he has been informed with the
available treatment and protection
means use in the clinic to avoid the
passive consequences and harm caused
by practicing of this bad habit
(Smoking).
Mr. Omer Nasser
Al-Salaam (One of the citizens who
recently quit smoking) delivered
Speech in which he clarified his
experience while quitting smoking.
He added that he was suffering when
he decided to quit smoking after 35
years of continuous smoking. He said
with the help of Allah and real
determination and following the
successful pattern of the clinic he
was able to stop smoking within
three weeks only.
The D.G. cut the
inauguration ribbon. He performed a
tour inside the clinic and he
listened to illustration from one of
the clinic physicians regarding the
equipment that is used to help
smokers to quit smoking.
Mr. Al-Hajji
attended a Television Show including
some smokers who are suffering of
Larynx Cancer as a result of
Smoking. At the end of his tour his
Excellency recorded his impressions
about the clinic in the Visitors
Book. He mentioned the essential
role of the clinic in illustration
and treatment of this dangerous
lesion.
