General Parishioners Clinic
Each Center includes
three male Drs. And three female Drs.
The duties of G.P.:
-
Examination of the patients and order the
required diagnostics investigations,
prescription of medicine and referring the
patients to R.C. Hospital.
-
Examining of the new arrival employees,
the assigned R.C. Staff and those who are
selected to join colleges, school, and
kindergartens. Arranging of all labs and
radiology investigations due to the rules
and regulations.
-
Implementation of schools health plans and
performing of the periodical investigations
for male and female students.
-
Executing of health education policy in
and out the health centers.
Pediatrics Clinic
-
Each Center has
provided with male and female specialist
in Pediatrics field. The duties of the
specialists are examining, prescribing
the drugs and ordering the required
investigations. The specialist refers
some cases to R.C. Hospital.

The Pediatrics Clinics
in the three Centers are usually busy.
Safety
Child Clinic
The purpose of this clinic
is: continuous following of the children
since their birth till they reach five years
old. Each Center has a Safety Child Clinic
provided with G.P. and their duties are as
follows:

First: Following of the
basic vaccines of children.
-
Second: Periodical
follow up of children.
-
Third: To apply the
protocol issued by the Safety Child
Clinic. Early discovering of any disease
in hearing, vision or growth.

Fourth: health
Education and Health enlightenment for
mothers, to explain to them the correct
feeding means and the rate of child
growth.
Asthma
Clinic
Each Center is provided
with Asthma Clinic. First clinic was opened
on 1997.
The Goals of Asthma Clinic:

Discover and diagnosis
of Asthma cases.

To prescribe the
suitable treatment for each case.
-
Try to make the life of
the sick child (Asthma) normally.
-
To apply the National
Protocol in diagnostician and treatment
of Asthma cases.
-
To follow the Asthma
patients continuous through regular
appointments and prescription of the
latest medicine.
-
Health Education for
the patient and his family through
Bulletins, booklets. etc...
Maternity Care Department
-
The Maternity Care services
are available in the PHCC. There are three
Clinics. Each Center includes one. The work
in these Centers is covered by female
specialists.
-
The goals of this service are: To follow
the health of the mother and her baby. This
will be realized through regular visits as
follows:
-
One visit every month during the first six
months of pregnancy.
-
Two time visit within one week during the
7th and 8th month.
-
One visit weekly during the 9th month.
These visits will include all examinations,
investigations, Ultra Sound, following of
fetus progress, health education for
pregnant. It includes after delivery care.
Dental
Clinics
-
A dental clinic is
available in male and female section in
each Health Center.
-
Each clinic is provided
with male and female physician and
assistant.
-
The clinics treat the
patients on an appointment and emergency
basis.
-
Each clinic is well
equipped.
-
The tools are sterilized
with a modern apparatus.
-
The physicians will
perform all kind of management and they
refer special cases to the R.C.
Hospital.
-
The physicians will do
periodical examination to the first and
fourth level for the primary school
students + the first Intermediate
School.
ENT
Clinic
Every Center has included
ENT clinic. The clinic has been equipped
with modern tools. The clinic is under
supervision of ENT specialist. The
specialist will examine all cases and he
will refer the cases that need surgery to
R.C. Hospital for further management.
Derma
Clinic
Each Center has included
Derma Clinic equipped with the latest tools
managing by Derma Specialist who will
examine all cases and refer some of them to
the consultant in R.C. Hospital.
Laboratory Department
The Lab. In the PHCC is
consisted of three sections: (In each health
center there is a Complete Lab.). In the
current time the Lab. Perform all
investigations. Labs are equipped with a
Computer system to do all tests.

Blood Chemistry Test
Dept.: This department performs all
chemistry tests related to the blood. The
Dept. is equipped with modern vital
apparatus such as CIBA-CORNING, VITROS 350.

Microbiology Implantation Dept.: This
Dept. discovers the bacteria either positive
or negative and doing all culture
investigations.
-
Parasitism Test Dept.: This Dept. do the
investigations related to urine and stools
in order to discover the pus, blood,
bacteria in the urine and parasites in the
stool.
-
Blood Test Dept.: The Dept. performs
complete blood investigations and counting
of white blood cells. The Dept. is well
equipped and includes many modern apparatus
such as: Sysmex – Coulter.
-
Immunity and Harmon Dept.: This Dept.
performs the required investigations for
Hepatitis (A & B), AIDS and other tests.
Radiology Department
-
This Dept. in PHCC
is divided into three Units. Each Center
includes a Unit. (Al-Duffi, Al-Fanateer,
Al-Huwaillt).
-
Each Dept. is furnished
with (X-Ray plain).For investigation
with other equipment like Ultra Sound or
C.T. Scan patient will refer to R.C.
Hospital.

The Dept. is subject to
promotion in the future.
-
The Dept. is managed by
Dr. Ahmed Rashed, Radiologist and
assisted by six technicians (Three male
and three female).
-
This Dept. participates
in the Diagnostic Clinical Services and
performs the required investigations for
College Students, new employees and
other workers in the Industrial City.
Pharmacy Department
In each Center there is
pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is consisted of
male and female Pharmacist beside Pharmacist
Technicians. All Drugs for all
specializations are available beside all
kind of Vaccines and Serums.
Contagious Diseases Fighting Department
-
Fighting of Contagious
Diseases in Jubail Industrial City at
all levels.

Early
discovering of the case.

To inform the
concerned Bodies.

Isolation.
-
Confirmation of
the diagnosis.
-
Treatment.
-
Epidemical
exploration.
-
Registration.
-
Counting and controlling of
the companionable.
-
To discover the microbe
carrier.
-
To take samples from the
watchers.
-
To inform the companionable
about the nature of the disease,
the means of its transit and the
required prevention.

Census Duties:
Arranging of the census reports and to
send them to the concerned bodies
(Directorate of Health Affairs).

To participate in the
Education Campaigns beside participation
in the vaccination campaigns against
Communicable Diseases.
School
Health Activities
The following annual health
activities should be scheduled and
implemented:
-
A comprehensive medical
examination should be done to all new
students.
-
Clinical examination for all Elementary
School Class # 4, Intermediate School and
Secondary School first class.
-
To follow all chronic cases in all
schools.
-
To discover and to isolate and to follow
all infectious diseases in all schools.
-
To activate the Health Education due to
specific plans and schedules.
-
To promote the skills of the health
supervision individuals at each school.
-
To conduct vaccination campaigns to all
students.
To promote the School Health Services:
Monthly meetings should be continuous hold.
The purposes of these meetings are applying
of the school health program plans
collaboration with Health Supervision Team
in Education Department R.C. Jubail.

To set up a plan to promote the school
clinic in three selected school.
-
To apply the school clinic promotion plan
and to provide the selected schools with
equipment and furniture.
-
To assign a male and female physician from
each PHCC to visit the school periodically.
