Health Services of Royal Commission in Jubail Organized a Training Course in the Field of Medical Records

Health Services Department in the Royal Commission and other Health Sectors in Al-Jubail Area in coordination with Al-Mana Hospital organized: Training Course in the Medical Records field.
Hospitals in the Eastern province participated in this course are:

• Al-Mana Hospital Al-Jubail.

• Al-Mana Hospital Dammam.

• Al-Mana Hospital Al-Khober.

• Al-Jubail General Hospital.

• Al-Qatif Central Hospital

The Course was held in Al-Mana Training Hall – Jubail. It was prepared and arranged by Mr. Nafeez Ghaith Quality Assurance Specialist in HSD.
The duration of the course was five weeks.
During the sessions they discussed many issues dealing with the Medical Records Field such as:

• The historical development of M.R.

• Definition and significant of Medical Records.

• Numeration and preservation of Medical Records.

• The legal Medical Aspect of M.R.

• Index and classification of M.R.

• The Administrative System of M.R.

Mr. Ibrahim Almugharri the director of health services in Royal Commission has confirmed that this training course comes within the concept of cooperation between the public and the private sector in the development and building of technical and scientific view, to enhance and upgrade the quality of health services offered to citizens and residents of the Jubail Industrial City.

48 male and female participants got the benefit of this training program. Therefore, the coordination and cooperation will continue in the future to organize similar advanced training and scientific training courses in the Quality Field, for those who are working in this medical profession and also in the Field of Medical statistics.
