How do you know the I.B.S.

When the human being eats, their food passes in a regular manner and with probable speed along the digestive system from the mouth to the rectum. The muscles that surround the stomach, the small intestines & the colon are responsible of this role. When the food reaches the small intestines it absorbs most of the useful food components to the blood, the remains complete its circulation to the large intestines as it absorbs there the water and other salts. The residue will be the stool and it will complete it circulation to the Rectum, then through the anal canal excrete outside the body during the excretion.

What happen during the I.B.S.?

In the condition of the I.B.S. the muscles of the D.S. specially the ones that surround the Colon are not normal. It works randomly & very fast. The stool became watery like diarrhea because the food did not take enough time in the colon to absorb the water from it. The muscles movement may be very slow, the food takes more time in the colon and the water absorption will be too much. The stool becomes solid and the result is constipation.
