Twenty Five ways to Fight Aging

Easy Ways:

  1. Take one tablet of pediatrics Aspirin (81mg) daily, if you are male over (40) or female after menopause. You must counsel your physician first before you take Aspirin as these tablets are not suitable for some diseases such as (Asthma, sugar, renal diseases). Aspirin protects the arteries from clots and corrode through liquefaction of blood and reduce the infection with Colon cancer.

  2. Take daily tablet of Vitamin C and E and Folate Acid as anti Aging and anti oxidize mean.

  3. Brushed your teeth twice daily with Floss to avoid gum diseases (This easy step fight aging equivalent to 6.4 years).

  4. To avoid Accidents through:
    - Use safety belt.
    - Use big car and follow the traffic rules.

Relatively easy Ways:

  1. Female must take (Replacement therapy Hormone) after menopause following consulting of Gynecologist.

  2. Male can take Tomato paste and green tea to fight Prostate Cancer.

  3. To keep away from smokers. Exposure to smoking for four hours daily excelerate aging 6.9 years.

  4. Taking breakfast every morning: lack of eating morning meal increase the obesity 4.5 and speed aging.

  5. Smile: Smiling and laughing reduce anger and tension and fight aging.

Moderate Difficult Ways:

  1. Take food with low calories, rich with Vitamins and fibers (Vegetables and fresh fruits).

  2. Take low fat food.

  3. You should have adequate sleeping hours (Seven hours for women and eight hours for men), this will less aging three years.

  4. Make sure to read and continue learning instead of watching T.V. and using internet this will maintain your health and reduce weight.

  5. Recognize hereditary risks in your family such as (Colon cancer, breast, heart, obesity and sugar).

Relatively Complicated Ways:

  1. Reducing of Cholesterol: Through reducing fats and sport practicing.

  2. Do sport activities to get red of 3500 calories weekly through walking one hour daily (Reduce aging three years).

  3. Do exercises that strong the heart muscles (Jogging) for twenty minutes three time a week (Reduce aging for six years).

  4. Weight lifting for ten minutes daily to fight the Osteoporosis

  5. To avoid pollution and chemical materials.

  6. Periodical examination to exclude ( Blood Pressure, sugar, cholesterol, colon and breast endoscope to discover cancers )

  7. To surround yourself with family and friends.

  8. To avoid troublemakers.

  9. To avoid thinking and sadness.

  10. To be satisfactory with your life.

  11. To avoid spending a lot of money and debt (This will increase aging eight years)
