Royal Commission Hospital in Jubail surgeons led by Dr. Mahmoud Hassan Consultant Neurosurgery performed a surgery procedure to the newborn baby with sack-like protrusion of the brain, nearly the same size of the baby's head (17 X 13 X11 cm).
